Combined with my experience of owning a cat. Cats like to sleep where they can see you, even if you can't see them. It's best to be at eye level with you or a bit above you. In summer, if the cat likes a cooler place (floor, bathroom), remember to mop the floor thoroughly, disinfect it, and don't make it too humid. Otherwise there will be black spots on the cat's belly. In winter cats like warm places, you can prepare small electric blankets for them, but remember to disconnect the electricity.
