To ensure the quality, we do 3 phases of QC including raw material arrival; in-production, and before shipment. Innovation and quality are most important for us to keep competitive in the market. For simplicity's sake, the plan is to install three short 300x500mm boards on the wall and one long 300x900mm board on the door frame. The boards should be environmentally friendly first, and strong enough second. 300mm width is enough to lie down and sleep, even if you have a second child later can stand side by side.
The bracket should be as simple and beautiful as possible, the bracket on the wall with inverted L-type installation, the bottom of the support board; the bracket on the door frame with a positive L-type installation, the bottom of the support board. The lowest of the boards is designed as a collapsible bracket because it is a little shorter than a person and is on the way into the closet.
