Custom Process

After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project.
1. If customer have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can make the mold according to the drawing.
2. If customer have no drawing, but have sample, then a sample need to be sent to our engineer, then we will gauge dimensions, and make a drawing. Then we make a mold according to the drawing.
3. If customer do not have a drawing or a sample , we also can accept a simple image with all the requirement you want .
The product discussion flow as bellow:
Customer requirement→quotation→sampling→place order
After samples confirmed, we will start mass production.
The production flow as bellow:
Order placed and signed→Deposit made→Purchase the Raw Material→Material Arrival and inspect→Pre-production sample→mass production→printing artwork→inspection→Packing→internal QC before shippment →container loading &shipping

After-Sales: If there are quality problems , please contact us, we are always here to service you. We do not do a one-off business, but to seek long-term cooperation, achieve a win-win situation.
Payment Terms: We can accept payment via paypal, Western Union, Money Gram, T/T, L/C; Sample order lead time is in 15-20 days, Mass quantity order lead time is 50-60 days; We can provide you professional technical support.
Incoterms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, DDP
